choose any fruit to work with, so pick a flavour you enjoy. You can also make a
mixture of different fruits, of course!

Peel the apples
Cut the apples into smaller chunks
Peel the chosen fruit if needed
Cut the chosen fruit into smaller chunks
Cooking
Put water, sugar, and lemon juice in a pot
Mix it together as well as possible
Get the water to a low simmer
Add in the apple
Add in the chosen fruit
Continue to simmer for about 1 to 2 hours, stirring every 10 to 15 minutes
When the fruits are soft, use a stick blender until no chunks remain
Continue to simmer for about 1 hour, stirring every 10 to 15 minutes
Cleaning
Let the syrup cool down until room temperature
Using a sieve, strain the liquid to remove any particles
Store refridgerated in an airtight bottle
Serving
Mix the syrup with water to your liking
